Gypsum casts in the form of ears are installed around an already existing sculpture. Combination of objects of quite different formats – a very traditional park sculpture of Soviet times - and the gypsum ears of hypertrophic dimensions that seem to grow out of the ground, creates new reading opportunities. They remind us that any, even the long-forgotten music, can be heard. Certain paradox of the situation doesn't suppress the incumbent object but on the contrary – calls it out from silence and gives a chance of new life in art – gypsum violinist girl regains her new audience.
